Terms of Use and Enrollment Terms
Longevity Sciences Academy by Biohackers World
These Terms of Use and Enrollment Terms (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "student," "you," or "your") and Biohackers World, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to, enrollment in, and use of online courses, content, communities, events, certificates, and related services offered under the Longevity Sciences Academy by Biohackers World ("LSA," "Academy," or "Services"), including through the Thinkific platform and related websites, checkout pages, emails, communities, and communications.
By creating an account, purchasing a course, enrolling in a course, clicking an acceptance checkbox, accessing course materials, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not enroll, purchase, access, or use the Services.
1. Eligibility
By enrolling in or using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years of age;
You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms;
All registration, billing, and account information you provide is accurate, current, and complete;
You will keep your account information accurate and updated; and
You will use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Course Enrollment, Access, and License
Subject to your full and timely payment and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the course materials for your own personal, educational, non-commercial use only.
Access duration, if limited, is stated at the time of purchase, on the applicable course page, checkout page, offer, invoice, or written agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, course access is provided only for the access period made available through your student account. We may require an active account, current payment status, and compliance with these Terms for continued access.
We may make reasonable updates, substitutions, corrections, improvements, or modifications to course content, instructors, schedules, modules, delivery format, or resources, provided that such changes do not materially reduce the core educational content purchased. We do not guarantee that any specific module, instructor, interview, bonus, resource, platform feature, or delivery format will remain available indefinitely.
3. Payments, Payment Plans, Taxes, and Failed Payments
You agree to pay all fees, charges, taxes, and other amounts displayed or agreed to at checkout, on an invoice, or in a written offer. Prices may vary by course, promotion, cohort, date, location, package, payment plan, coupon, or other commercial arrangement.
If you choose a payment plan, you are agreeing to pay the full purchase price according to the payment schedule presented at checkout or otherwise agreed in writing. Payment plans are a financing arrangement for the full course price and are not a subscription. Canceling your account, failing to access the course, discontinuing participation, failing to complete the course, or changing your mind does not cancel your obligation to pay the full purchase price.
If any payment is missed, declined, reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise not received when due, then, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we may suspend or revoke access, withhold certificates or completion records, accelerate the remaining balance so that it becomes immediately due and payable, attempt to reprocess payment, require an alternative payment method, charge legally permissible late, processing, collection, or chargeback-related fees, and refer unpaid balances to third-party collection services or legal counsel.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, bank fees, currency conversion fees, card fees, or other transaction costs associated with your purchase, except for taxes based on our income.
4. Strict No-Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Biohackers World, Inc. in writing, course fees, enrollment fees, payment-plan payments, deposits, and other amounts paid are non-refundable.
No refunds or credits will be provided for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, failure to access or complete the course, dissatisfaction with content, personal circumstances, inability to attend live components, loss of eligibility, technical issues outside our reasonable control, or removal due to violation of these Terms.
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, you agree to contact us at info@biohackers.world so we may attempt to resolve the issue. Improper, unsupported, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of access, withholding of certificates, collection of unpaid amounts, and recovery of chargeback fees or collection costs where permitted by law.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Account Security and Non-Transferability
Your course access is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, resell, sublicense, transfer, assign, gift, lend, lease, publish, or otherwise provide access to your account or course materials to any other person or entity.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, credential sharing, or a security issue.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund and may subject you to additional legal remedies.
6. Intellectual Property and Use Restrictions

You may not, without our prior written consent:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, upload, publish, transmit, sell, resell, sublicense, or share course materials;
Record, screen-record, photograph, scrape, download, extract, or republish course videos, live sessions, community content, or protected materials except where a download is expressly made available for personal use;
Use course materials to create, train, or improve competing courses, commercial programs, artificial intelligence systems, datasets, derivative works, or teaching materials;
Remove copyright, trademark, proprietary, confidentiality, or disclaimer notices;
Use our names, logos, trademarks, or brand assets without written permission; or

7. Educational, Medical, and Professional Disclaimer
The Services are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Course content may discuss health, wellness, longevity, nutrition, supplementation, diagnostics, lifestyle practices, recovery, performance optimization, medical research, or other health-related topics. Nothing in the Services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, prescription, clinical instruction, or a substitute for professional care.
No physician-patient, provider-patient, dietitian-client, therapist-client, coach-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship is created between you and Biohackers World, Inc., LSA, any instructor, speaker, guest, employee, contractor, sponsor, partner, or community participant.
Always consult a qualified licensed healthcare provider before making health-related decisions; starting, stopping, or changing any medication, supplement, protocol, diet, treatment, exercise program, diagnostic test, or wellness practice; or applying any information from the Services. Do not disregard, delay, or replace professional medical advice because of anything presented in the Services. In a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.
You are solely responsible for your own health, professional decisions, client communications, scope of practice, and compliance with applicable laws, licensing rules, ethics rules, and professional standards.
8. CE/CME and Professional Credit Disclaimer
Unless expressly stated in writing for a specific course, LSA courses are not accredited for Continuing Education (CE), Continuing Medical Education (CME), Continuing Professional Development (CPD), or any similar professional credit.
It is solely your responsibility to verify with your licensing, certifying, employer, educational, or professional body whether any course hours, certificates, assignments, or materials may be accepted for credit. We make no guarantee that any course will qualify for CE, CME, CPD, licensure, certification, reimbursement, employment, promotion, or professional advancement.
9. Certificates and Certification Language
Certificates may be issued only after you complete the applicable course requirements, which may include watching modules, completing assignments, passing assessments, attending required sessions, complying with conduct rules, and remaining in good financial standing.
Any certificate issued by LSA is a certificate of completion only, unless the specific course page expressly states otherwise. It does not grant a license to practice medicine or any regulated profession, certify clinical competence, authorize diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or professional practice, or permit you to represent yourself as licensed, board-certified, clinically certified, professionally accredited, or endorsed by Biohackers World, LSA, or any instructor.
We may withhold, revoke, correct, or reissue certificates if requirements are not met, payment is incomplete, misconduct occurs, inaccurate information is provided, or certification language is misused.
10. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific result, outcome, income, business opportunity, professional advancement, health improvement, client result, credential acceptance, certification recognition, or personal transformation. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your background, effort, implementation, health status, professional qualifications, market conditions, and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
11. Community Areas, User Content, and Conduct
The Services may include discussion areas, comments, live sessions, Q&A features, assignments, surveys, messages, communities, or other interactive areas. You are solely responsible for any content, statements, files, questions, feedback, testimonials, or other materials you submit or share ("User Content").
You agree not to submit confidential information, protected health information, medical records, lab results, diagnoses, prescriptions, sensitive personal health information, or identifiable health details through course platforms, forums, assignments, messages, surveys, comments, live chats, or community areas.
You grant Biohackers World, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and use User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, support, improve, protect, and administer the Services. We will not use your name, likeness, or testimonial in public marketing materials without consent where required by law.
We may monitor, moderate, edit, remove, restrict, or disable User Content or account access if we believe content or conduct violates these Terms, infringes rights, creates legal, privacy, safety, reputational, or operational risk, or is otherwise inappropriate.
12. Code of Conduct and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to engage respectfully with instructors, staff, guests, and participants. You may not harass, threaten, abuse, defame, discriminate, spam, solicit without permission, disrupt sessions, impersonate others, misrepresent credentials, violate privacy, share another person’s confidential or personal information, or use the Services for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
We may remove participants, suspend access, terminate accounts, or refuse future enrollment for violations of these Terms, with no refund except where required by law.
13. Third-Party Platforms, Products, Sponsors, and Links
Courses may be hosted, delivered, processed, or supported by third-party platforms and services, including Thinkific and payment processors. We are not responsible for third-party outages, data practices, technical failures, connectivity issues, device issues, policy changes, account restrictions, or platform limitations outside our reasonable control.
Course content, examples, resources, guest presentations, links, offers, products, services, or brands may involve sponsors, exhibitors, affiliates, referral relationships, commercial relationships, or independent third parties. Third-party products and services are provided by independent parties. We do not guarantee their claims, safety, quality, effectiveness, availability, pricing, legality, suitability, or results.
14. Privacy and HIPAA Notice
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Biohackers World, Inc. and LSA are not HIPAA-covered entities, and the Services are not designed to store, process, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI). The platforms we use, including course, community, email, survey, and messaging tools, may not be HIPAA-compliant.
You agree not to submit PHI or sensitive personal health information through the Services. Any health-related information you choose to share is submitted voluntarily and at your own discretion and risk. We disclaim liability for information that you submit contrary to these Terms or through third-party platforms outside secure healthcare environments.
15. Availability, Maintenance, and Technical Requirements
We aim to provide reasonable access to purchased courses during the applicable access period, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent access. Access may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, outages, cyber incidents, third-party platform issues, internet connectivity, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the device, internet connection, software, browser, email account, and technical capability needed to access the Services.
16. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services, without refund except where required by law, if you violate these Terms, fail to make payments, share access, misuse course materials, infringe intellectual property, engage in misconduct, create legal or safety risk, or otherwise act in a manner inconsistent with the integrity of the Services.
Upon termination, your right to access course materials and communities ends immediately, but payment obligations, intellectual property restrictions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and other provisions intended to survive will survive.
17. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or error-free operation.
We do not warrant that course content is complete, current, clinically appropriate for any person, accepted by any professional body, free from errors, or suitable for your specific needs, clients, patients, business, profession, or circumstances.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biohackers World, Inc., LSA, and their owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, speakers, guests, affiliates, partners, sponsors, service providers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, or business; personal, health, professional, or client outcomes; third-party platform issues; or reliance on course content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Biohackers World, Inc. for the specific course giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to liability.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Biohackers World, Inc., LSA, and their owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, speakers, guests, affiliates, partners, sponsors, service providers, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, fees, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use or misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your User Content, your violation of law or third-party rights, your sharing or misuse of course materials, your professional or health-related decisions, your client/patient/customer interactions, your payment disputes, or your misrepresentation of any certificate or affiliation.
20. Governing Law, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court or claims seeking injunctive or equitable relief for intellectual property misuse, unauthorized access, confidentiality breaches, or misuse of course materials, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules. Arbitration may be conducted remotely by video or written submissions unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLASS MEMBER, OR REPRESENTATIVE IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU AND THE COMPANY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
For any matter not subject to arbitration, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated by email, account notice, checkout notice, or platform notice. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated. Continued access to or use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
